Changes to CCDF and On My Way Pre-K Payment Model

The Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) has recently announced that it will soon be transitioning from an attendance-based to an enrollment-based voucher payment model, which will lower process burdens and increase financial stability for providers and enhance service experiences for families.

This change will be rolling out this summer with impacts and benefits to families and providers participating in CCDF and OMWPK. More information about these changes, how they’ll benefit your program and how to begin taking important steps to prepare will be shared during upcoming providers webinars.

Office Hours

As of July 15, 2024, Indiana has transitioned from an attendance-based to an enrollment-based voucher payment model. Join the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning and SPARK Learning Lab for live office hours for answers on Pay by Enrollment, including

  • registering for and navigating the new portal
  • understanding attendance codes and when to use them
  • and submitting your first attendance period for payment

Come with your Pay by Enrollment questions and leave feeling equipped for success!
