SPARK is here to help! Our Coach team can come onsite to your program or connect with you virtually to assist with any area that support is needed. See below for different ways that we can support your needs and/or quality improvement goals, then complete the form below. General Program Support

Support around general areas of program and classroom management, including curriculum and lesson planning, positive guidance, classroom arrangements, and supporting infant toddler care and safe sleep practices

Paths to QUALITY Support

Support to enroll, maintain or advance within Path to QUALITY, Indiana’s Quality Rating & Improvement System (QRIS)

Business Management Support

Support to strengthen business or financial management practices to build a sustainable program, including recruiting, hiring and retaining staff

Mental Health & Wellness Support

Support specific to mental health and wellness for staff, families and children, including navigating and responding to challenging behavior and implementing child assessment tools

Technology Support

Support leveraging various technology and software (ex. Microsoft Office) and implementing systems to manage child enrollment and business practices (ex. CCIMS)
