This presentation will help you make nutrition count by discussing early childhood nutrition and physical activity and their importance to health. We will discuss the principles of a healthy diet, talk about child care center menu requirements, and describe how you can participate in the CACFP program. As part of this presentation we will also identify the 8 foods most commonly associated with children's food allergies.
