    January 21, 2023

Face to Face training: Double-check the LOCATION of the session before registering!

Early childhood environments play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the children within them. When thoughtfully planned and utilized, they act as another adult in the room. Effective early childhood environments provide an engaging environment for children by offering opportunities for individualized teaching and learning; plenty of interesting, accessible materials; and enhanced child participation in play, learning, and development. What is a high-quality learning environment and why is it so important to establish and maintain? Participants will examine the expectations of a high-quality learning environment and practice assessing their learning environment and plan how to implement the changes to meet the developmental needs of the children in their care and to meet the highest quality standards.

This training is presented through a partnership between SPARK Learning Lab and Lakeshore®. All attendees will receive a materials kit to use with the children in your program!
