We will explore strategies to aid infant caregivers in making their environment the highest quality care for infants. As toddlers are going through changes, teachers must provide behavioral and emotional supports to meet their needs. We will explore ways to provide proactive behavior guidance, respond to cues, and give positive redirection to hold children accountable. This takes intentional planning and effective facilitation on the caregiver’s part.
