Learn actionable leadership strategies to implement program-wide systems that support both professional and ethical conduct. Incorporate practices that build a collective agreement to professional conduct and allow your staff to feel included in the decision-making process of your program. This is an intermediate to advanced training and it is recommended that you complete the Maintaining Professional Boundaries Training Series prior to taking this training.

October 19, 2022The Power of PEER is a new family engagement approach to get families excited about what you are doing in your learning environment everyday! You will be provided with PEER Activity Cards, to support high-quality parent-child interactions. This is the first training in a series of three for providers in Indiana who are going to be using PEER(E) parent-child interactions with the families in their Early Childhood Education programs. The Power of PEER was created in a collaboration between SPARK, Acelero Learning, and Shine Early Learning.

El ASQ ha sido diseñado específicamente para identificar el progreso del desarrollo y detectar posibles retrasos en los niños pequeños. Es una forma efectiva y eficiente para que los profesionales monitoreen el desarrollo de un niño. Ayude a los padres a celebrar los hitos de sus hijos, saber qué esperar a continuación y a determinar si se necesita un seguimiento.
