Established in 2004, the Center has successively grown in response to state and community needs seeking to bridge and support implementation of evidence-based practices across the many systems supporting and serving our children with disabilities as well as their families, communities and providers. With a vision to increase local capacity, the HANDS Center seeks to meet you where you are at by offering resources, services, consultations, and trainings, across a range of in person and virtual offerings.
