Resilience has been shown to positively influence overall well-being. In this session, participants will discover simple meditation practice to flex the muscles of the mind, and cultivate a mentally resilient mindset no matter their current circumstances. Participants will also explore the power of connection to nurture and build resilience through a wide range of interactions in their personal and professional lives.

  • Defne what mindfulness is and is not
  • Experience several mindfulness practices
  • Identify the benefits of mindfulness
