Mindfulness, or the practice of paying attention to the present moment on purpose with kindness and curiosity, is a practice that promotes self-regulation in children and adults alike. Mindfulness is much more than meditation and doesn't have to involve meditation at all! Learn a variety of ways to practice mindfulness alongside the children in your care by infusing into your routines throughout the day.

**Be sure to register in I-LEAD as well as zoom, so that certificates can be processed into your I-LEAD account.
