This a dynamic training that empowers teachers, caregivers, and families to combat bed bugs and lice, diving into their world, covering topics such as their identification, signs and symptoms, modes of transmission, and effective control methods. Participants will gain practical insights and strategies for prevention, treatment, and eradication, understanding the crucial roles both teachers/caregivers and families play in addressing these pests. By equipping attendees with knowledge and collaborative approaches, this training empowers them to create bug-free environments and protect the well-being of children in their care. Join us Monday, August 14th, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. (EST), Lee Green, Senior Medical Entomologist from the Indiana Department of Health will be facilitating the session.
