May 22, 2024Loneliness and lack of connection is on the rise. In this workshop, participants will learn about the various forms of loneliness and how they can increase their connection to themselves and others. Through self-check-ins and value identification, participants will create a simple plan of action to increase empathy, productivity, and creativity.

In addition, you will evaluate and make changes to your program environment so that it is most welcoming to families. Through interactive activities and group learning, we will spend an hour and a half focusing on those important details that really make a difference to the families we serve.
