Even from birth, a baby’s brain is growing and making new connections every day. Jack E. Turman, Jr., Ph.D. is a Professor in the Dept. of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, Indiana University, Indianapolis, and in the Dept. of Pediatrics at the IU School of Medicine. Come learn more from Dr. Turman about this amazing period in a child’s life and how childcare providers can play a role in supporting a baby’s healthy brain development.
