In today's market, job seekers have endless options as to where they can choose to work. Employer branding, your proactive approach to marketing your business specifically for the purpose of attracting candidates, is what can set your program apart to help bring more candidates, and higher quality candidates, through your doors. During this Learning Forum we will talk through the basics of employer branding including the difference between branding and marketing for your business versus branding and marketing for talent acquisition (recruitment), how to engage with candidates online and what active versus passive online engagement with candidates is. Through an interactive digital scavenger hunt of your business, you will leave with a better understanding of who your business is through the eyes of today's candidates.
