Mindfulness is much more than meditation and doesn't have to involve meditation at all! Learn a variety of ways to practice mindfulness alongside the children in your care by infusing into your routines throughout the day.

This session is appropriate for those who intend to open a licensed child care center in the state of Indiana and who have already completed Orientation 1: Training for Child Care Providers.
