Stewards of Children: Healthy Touch for Children (Live Virtual)

Healthy Touch for Children highlights the role healthy affection and touch plays in protecting children from sexual abuse especially with a focus on parents, caregivers, and family members. Through video and guided discussion, this training teaches parents, caregivers, and family members some guidelines for healthy touch and safe, respectful ways to interact with children.

Come join the Kindergarten Readiness Team from the Indiana Department of Education to discuss the Indiana Early Learning Standards and the supportive resources found within the Early Learning Instruction Frameworks. You will be able to ask questions and understand how to access the new layout of the Frameworks to help you plan more intentionally for all young children.

Introduction to Inclusive Child Care (Live Virtual)

In this introductory webinar, directors and owners of centers, ministries, and homes will learn of basic strategies and resources for including all children. Participants will gain an understanding of how to foster inclusive attitudes, practices and policies in their program, initiate and lead collaborative relationships between staff and families as well as how to identify community resources to support all needs.
