DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & STRATEGIC INTEGRATION
Kim is busy at work preparing our SPARK Learning Lab Help Desk for your calls, setting up the SPARK Virtual Coaching platform for group coaching opportunities, calibrating Indiana Learning Paths for SPARK training and Learning Forums, and creating a high quality user experience for all! Kim has worked “behind-the-scenes” in the early education and care system for most her career, having over a decade of experience at the local, state and national level of, where she has worked within all aspects of CCR&R service delivery. DIRECTOR OF FAMILY CHILD CARE
SR HR GENERALIST
Bridgetta is an experienced HR professional in the fields of early childhood education, banking, and retail. Before joining the SPARK team she served as Sr Director of Talent for Early Learning Indiana where she oversaw human resources. She enjoys working with diverse talent pools and creating a culture where employees can thrive.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
As the SPARK Learning Lab Business Management Specialist, Lisa supports early care and education programs in improving their business management knowledge and skills to sustain their programs. She does this through coaching, training, learning forums, or consultations. She enjoys working collectively with the Indiana early care and education system towards the outcome of thriving children, families, and community.
Lisa has held several roles in early childhood education and advocacy, most recently serving as the SDA Liaison with Early Learning Indiana, providing consultative services to Child Care Resource and Referral agencies to assist them in meeting their goals and objectives with the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning.
TIER 3 COACH
As a Tier 3 Coach working with centers, schools, and ministries, Rachel works one-on-one with programs to help them reach their quality goals!
Rachel knew from early on that she wanted a career that encompassed early childhood education. She has worked as a teacher, education specialist, assistant center director, and coach. In her previous position, she worked as a Paths to QUALITY™ Coach for Child Care Answers. There she worked with child care programs that were enrolled in Indiana’s quality rating and improvement system, providing them resources, intentional onsite coaching, and cohort learning experiences to help them progress through the levels in the system.
TIER 3 COACH
COACHING CONTENT COORDINATOR
As a SPARK Learning Lab Coaching Content Coordinator, Patrick works with programs in the northern half of Indiana, connecting providers to the coaching and resources they need to enhance their practices. In this role he works with programs to create a plan and match them with services after they have completed the Indiana Self-Assessment Tool (I-SAT).
Previously Patrick served as the Early Head Start Health and Safety Coordinator with Early Learning Indiana, ensuring that all centers within their Early Head Start Childcare Network meet or exceed local, state, and Head Start standards. He enjoys seeing progress made within programs, classrooms, and teachers he has worked with and how that positively impacts the students and families.
COACHING CONTENT COORDINATOR
As a SPARK Learning Lab Coaching Content Coordinator, Ashley works with programs in the southern half of Indiana, connecting providers to the coaching and resources they need to enhance their practices. In this role, she works with programs to create a plan and match them with services after they complete the Indiana Self-Assessment Tool (I-SAT).
Ashley has over 15 years of experience and previously served as a Paths to QUALITY and Accreditation Coach with Indiana AEYC. There, she provided Paths to QUALITY and Accreditation technical assistance to providers in the southeast part of the state.
Renee brings more than 15 years of administrative experience to her role at SPARK. As the Administrative Assistant, she juggles many roles including event and training coordination, scheduling, and project management.
Prior to joining the team, she was the administrative and personal assistant at Mother’s Earth. There she worked to ensure that day-to-day business matters were handled efficiently. She brings to her work a versatile skill set and is excited to be a part of a group that is focused on early childhood education.
Son Dao is the SPARK Learning Lab Data Specialist. In his role with SPARK, Son puts his data management and analysis skills to work helping our team maximize our impact and make informed decisions to best support our providers. “Data Informed Learning” is a SPARK core value that drives us to relentlessly seek and review data regarding our services, identify learnings from this data, and revise supports as needed to remain responsive to the programs with which we work.
Prior to working with SPARK, Son recently graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Master of Arts in Applied Economics. He also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Economic Data Analytics, which prepared him for advanced quantitative disciplines, including applied economic statistics and data management.
